Please refrain from parking on the same side of the street as the mailboxes. This keeps the area clear of clutter and easier for neighbors to pick up their mail. The curb has been painted to help remind neighbors.

Regarding the parking issue in our neighborhood. Our streets have become parking lots and the problem has developed over the past year. It seems strange that driveways are empty, but the curbs are lined with cars. It becomes more and more difficult to find a place to put garbage cans as the refuse collectors will not pick up cans near a parked car or under a tree overhang. It would be greatly appreciated, when one has room in the driveway to park a car, that the cars could be parked in the driveway.
Dear Anonymous- This is very true. It seems like more and more cars are parking in the street. As it isn't against the by-laws to park in the street....it would still be a courtesy if neighbors could indeed park in their driveways or garages. We would also like to stress that it makes it very difficult for emergency vehicles to come in and out, also. They have a hard time getting thru as well as delivery trucks. This will be one of the issues that will be discussed at the Annual HOA meeting taking place on the 28th. Hope to see you there to voice your opinion. And thanks for using the website!
