How long can a vehicle remained parked before it is moved. Some have been parked for weeks, and never driven.
We apologize for getting a response to you so late. And thank for participating anonomyously thru our blog. This is a great way of communicating especially since other neighbors may have the same questions. In regards to your question...a car can remain as long as the neighbor has the car in driving condition at all times. We have talked with our PROCOMM lawyer Tom Newton about this since we have noticed many cars that seemed to never move but we cannot take any legal action against this since it is considered a street for public parking. That being said...the HOA is looking to revise the by-laws concerning this so that we can try to keep our streets open. Please encourage all neighbors to actively participate in the annual meetings so we get these votes in to change the by-laws in our neighborhood. Thank you.
Well... I wonder what a street is for... Oh yeah! For parking a car and to drive on! Come on guys...
